1. When will I receive my order?
All orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
Estimated delivery time is 5–8 business days after shipment.
If your order takes longer than expected, please contact our support team and we will assist you.
2. How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You can use our tracking page to follow your shipment status.
3. Why is my tracking number not updating?
It is normal for tracking information to take 3–7 days to update after your order is shipped.
During this time, you may see statuses such as “Label Created” or “Info Received.” This means your order is already in transit.
4. My order says delivered but I have not received it.
Sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered slightly before final drop-off.
Please allow up to 3 days after the delivery status update for your package to arrive.
If you still have not received it, please contact us.
5. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee changes to the shipping address.
Please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist before fulfillment begins.
6. Why does my product look different from the photo?
We may occasionally update our packaging to improve product quality and customer experience.
You may receive either the current or updated packaging design.
