SHIPPING LOCATIONS

We currently ship to customers across the United States and select international destinations.

All orders are fulfilled through our trusted third-party fulfillment partners.


ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended.


ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

United States: 5–8 business days after shipment

International Orders: 7–15 business days after shipment

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, carrier delays, weather conditions, or customs processing.


SHIPPING FEES

We offer free shipping on qualifying orders above $60 (as shown at checkout).

Shipping fees for other orders will be calculated at checkout.


TRACKING INFORMATION

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear in the carrier system.


INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to update it before the order is processed, but changes cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment begins.


LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your order is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We may request supporting information such as photos or carrier confirmation before issuing a replacement or resolution.

Each case is reviewed individually.


SHIPPING DELAYS
